Gareth Dewi Thomas, an Area Sales Manager for REHAU UK, is embarking on a breathtaking 100km Ultrarun this summer on behalf of MacMillan Cancer Support. PiGs caught up with Gareth to find out a bit more about his charity fundraiser:

What training are you doing: CrossFit strength training and regular running, trial and road. Looking to run 30-50 miles a week in training
