Emplas scoops Best Business Initiative G-Award
Emplas’ EVA CRM has won the Best Business Initiative of the Year category at the G-Awards 2024.
The black-tie gala was hosted by comedian and presenter Zoe Lyons, with 14 awards on offer during the evening.
Emplas’ Jo Savant and Quang Dinh collected the award on behalf of the team.
Jo said: “Our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and business management tool, EVA CRM, has been created exclusively for Emplas customers. It is the product of a two-year developmental programme drawing down on more than 40 years of experience in the window and door retail industry through our sister company, T&K Home Improvements, and other Emplas customers.
“EVA CRM is the product of blood, sweat, and occasionally tears! We went through multiple iterations of the software, trialling each within our own business and selected installation partners so that when we launched earlier this year, those customers adopting the platform could be confident that it performed.
“To be recognised by the G Award judges in the category of Best Initiative of the Year is a real testament to the hard work of our dedicated and talented EVA CRM team!”
